Tennessee Ranked #1 in America in Cellphone Distracted Driving Deaths | The Law Offices of G Turner Howard III

USA Today Network just released this startling statistic : Tennessee is the most dangerous state to drive in, 5 times worse than the national average. The 4 other runners-up states were far behind in percentage of wrecks overall due to distracted drivers.

Currently in Tennessee, it’s illegal to text and drive or talk on a cell phone only while driving in a designated school zone. A bill is pending to make it illegal at all times. But this would not take effect until January 2020.

Meanwhile, please don’t use a handheld mobile phone while driving. And be very careful at all times, because someone who is using such a device just may make you the next Tennessee victim.

We sure hope that doesn’t happen, but if it unfortunately does, call us ASAP. We’re ready, willing and able to assist you in getting what you deserve from being hurt as an innocent victim of such carelessness.
