By all accounts 2020 has been an outlier, more difficult than most recent years. COVID-19 has ravaged global populations and economies. A contentious American election was more divisive than any in recent memory. A Black Lives Matter movement arose over racial profiling in law enforcement. Even our beloved Vols football team has suffered through one of its worst years ever.
We end the year perhaps worse off than we began it…
However, intentional teamwork at the G3 Help Me law firm has played a huge role in breaking our previous record in serving injured folks across the East Tennessee region. The number of people we’ve been fortunate enough to help receive vital compensation for their injuries has been one blessing to come from 2020.
Though we wish accidents never happen, we realize that they do. We’ve said it before… Every hour of every day, someone is injured in a car accident. We’re grateful to be the ones our community calls when they need help after an accident.
We appreciate your trust and confidence in us, and we always strive to return the favor by taking extra steps to show you the utmost respect, humility, and overall excellence.
Our whole purpose as a firm is to be here for you when you need it most. For your questions and suggestions, no matter what time of day. We practice The Golden Rule, which means our clients receive the treatment we’d want to receive if we were in their situation.
This is something we intend to uphold in 2021. Perfection is the goal! Though there will always be room for growth and improvement, we’re confident we can achieve (close to) perfection by staying ahead of the curve, remembering our values, and paying close attention to the details along the way.

I can vividly recall starting this firm more than 20 years ago with just one legal secretary and myself. Because of our community’s confidence in us to help others through painful and difficult times, we now have 15 “golden” team members, all of whom are dedicated to bringing you the best expertise and service possible.
We also celebrate successes like this as often as possible.
Recently, our team Christmas luncheon at Chesapeake’s gave everyone a chance to enjoy delicious seafood and reward themselves for a job well done after a tough year (don’t worry, there were masks and social distancing in a closed-off conference room involved).
As for you? We’d like to encourage you to celebrate the true reason for the holiday season. That means driving carefully, paying attention to CDC-recommended COVID-19 precautions, embracing a light perspective in dark times, and overcoming challenges that come our way as a community… and as a country.
