One of the things we pride ourselves on here at The Law Offices of G. Turner Howard III is our customer service. We know that in order for our clients to be happy, it starts with happy employees.

Our office is constantly growing and expanding with wonderful people. Mr. Howard’s mantra is Educate, Delegate and Celebrate. These are the ways we stay true to that:

Education

We feel it is imperative that our staff be trained and educated, not only in their job but in their passions. Finding a passion that fulfills you is what life is all about. We strive to provide our employees with the tools necessary to further train them, i.e., seminars, webinars, etc., as well as time off for them to pursue outside interests.

Clients

At The Law Offices of G. Turner Howard III, the client is our top priority. Every client should feel like a 5-Star client, and employees love that they have the power to make someone’s day or year! Above and beyond customer service is the key.

Team Building

Not one person is more important than the other. Team G3 knows that getting along with each other is important for a happy work environment. We have team building exercises and we always keep with the vibe that we are all a team, and no one person is better than any other.

We have fun

Celebration Station! The G3 team knows how to celebrate. We host birthday parties and holidays, along with celebrating a job well done. Telling our team they mean the world to us is our favorite pastime. We reward hard work and dedication.
